Carbone Technology Solutions is a local concierge style technology support company serving
the SouthShore Florida area. We exist to provide people with dependable, approachable, hands
on help for the technology they use every day. Our business is centered around the belief that
technology support should feel personal, simple, friendly, and empowering rather than stressful
or confusing.
Many individuals struggle with technology. Devices advance quickly and instructions are rarely simple. People often feel embarrassed asking questions or frustrated when something goes
wrong. Our business was created to bridge that gap with confidence, patience, and clear
guidance.
We offer support that prioritizes comfort and clarity. Our goal is to make people feel like
technology can work for them, not against them. We do this through conversation, education,
troubleshooting, and hands on assistance.
Who We Are
Carbone Technology Solutions was founded by husband and wife team Paul and Jessica
Carbone.
Paul has worked in telecom and customer support his entire career, gaining deep experience in
communication systems, troubleshooting, phone support, and customer interaction. Over time,
he discovered that technology support is not just about fixing something. The true value lies in
helping people feel confident with the technology that shapes their life.
Customers repeatedly told Paul that the most meaningful part of the interaction was how
comfortable he made them feel, how well he explained things, and how he helped them feel
capable rather than dependent. That reinforced our approach as a company.
We believe technology support should be empowering, encouraging, and relational. The service
industry often forgets how meaningful it is to interact with real people with real frustrations. We
focus on treating customers kindly, listening to their concerns, and explaining solutions rather
than rushing through them.
